For small shops and independent makers
Count the shelf.
Find the difference.
Turn your item list into a clear count sheet. Record what is actually there, then investigate anything that does not match your records.

One shelf is a good place to start.
You do not need to count every item at once. Choose a location, list the products and record the physical quantities before comparing them with your system.
A clear counting routine
- Choose a shelf and pause or log movements.
- Count without looking at expected quantities.
- Recount differences and record an explanation.
Your next count starts here.
Enter one item per line. Add a shelf after a vertical bar, like Notebook A5 | Shelf 2. Up to 100 lines. Use item names or SKUs, not customer details.

This tool does not scan barcodes, sync with a store, value inventory or change stock levels. It supports whole-unit counts, not weights or fractional quantities.
A difference is a question, not a verdict.
A missing unit can mean a recent sale, a misplaced item or a counting error. Check movements and recount before changing your records.
